Hear Denise Wilson in a solo performance, “We Shall Overcome: 200 Years of
Singing for Justice in America.” This is a free program for all ages. A
reception follows the concert. No registration required
“These songs are particularly important to me,” said Wilson. “They chart the course of American history – from the
Civil War, to the Civil Rights era, to today.”
Wilson is one of only 39 artists to receive an Individual Artists Fellowship from the Indiana Arts Commission.
