ER Databases
ER Databases are electronic sources of information that the library subscribes to. They are available for the benefit of TCPL cardholders.
You can access most from home! Your user name is your library barcode number, without spaces, and the password is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
If you have any questions concerning a database, please call 429-0115.

Troubleshooting
If you are repeatedly prompted for a username and password or see a message stating "Authorization Required" contact the Circulation Department (429-0100) to verify your library record is up to date. If you receive an error message you may have software that is blocking your access. The blocking software may be your Firewall, Internet Security, or web browser. You will need to configure the software to allow "referers" and/or "cookies". If none of those steps work, you may need to disable the software completely while accessing the databases.
