Information About Authors and Illustrators:
-
Two of the best print sources are Something About the Author and
Children's Literature Review. Both are published by Gale
Research. TCPL owns Something About the Author, which
contains biographical information, lists of writings and awards,
and often, remarks by the biographee. The Purdue libraries
have both Something About the Author and Children's Literature
Review, which is more concerned with critical evaluation of authors'
work.

Tippecanoe County Public Library Services for Teachers:
If you are student teaching, we can offer our full range of
Teacher Services. We regret that due to the
popularity of our Teacher Collections with area teachers, we cannot
offer these collections to students to fulfill assignment requirements;
however, our staff are happy to help you find materials in our collections.
